In Sinnoh, Meowth is ready to throw a event while eating at night, which Meowth throws a party. Meowth took out some moon cards. And, points them at the moon! While night turns into day in Sinnoh. As Get Fired Up, Little Togepi plays. A Togepi appears ready to have fun at the den. Meanwhile a Munchlax is looking at herself in a pond and poses. She sees a bunch of Pokemon holding cards and stares at them. Munchlax is confused, and chooses to let her friends know about this. While Chimchar has fun in sewers of town. And Turtwig eats acorns in his bag while he eats them. It gets the head stuck, frees out and falls. Meanwhile in a lake Buizel and Piplup head to meet Togepi. While the camera shows the group's home as the opening ends. At the playhouse Togepi sees her friends ready for some fun. But, Munchlax appears, telling her sentence to the gang. Togepi thinks about a card smacking her and wants to go check. Here, they start off on top of a ledge seeing the card in a Quliava's hand below them. A Tailow flies past the Pokemon. As Munchlax explains, Buizel hears about food craved in the middle. They go on a quest to find them! So, they head to a park where a Flaafly and Smeargle duel with their cards. The gang ask them! So, Flaafy grabs Smeargle's tail with it's arms, then paints some food on a wall. Everyone watches! Buizel tries to identify, but Turtwig knocks him onto the ground. Turtwig names all the snacks as shown on the wall! Flaafly nods it's head, but the group chooses more answers. Smeargle draws a clock! Togepi knows where the snacks are. Everyone sees the drawing! As Piplup found a warehouse! They peek inside! In a warehouse, Meowth is preparing for his party. Buizel smells for some food! Togepi sees yellow stamps in the warehouse, meaning that the food might be for them. As they go on over, Meowth spots the Pokemon. Telling them they need the card to attend his party. As Chimchar and the group head off with Meowth. Togepi is left out, spotting the snacks! But Meowth found her, and kicks the team out. Piplup and his friends then get sad! As they sit on a staircase in town. However, when Piplup spots the flying card in a gust of wind, the gang heads off to get it. Piplup and Chimchar go for a dip in the river. Munchlax begins to dust up tons of rocks, and Turtwig ended up getting caught in eating more acorns. Togepi and Buizel, are left chasing after the card. As they bump onto a Honchcrow! It makes Honchcrow mad, and chase them around. While Buizel and Togepi sneak up onto a bush, dressed up like a Ivysaur. Honchcrow walks pass them! Only to let him know the reveal, and still chased after the duo. Togepi sees a gate, as she runs with Buizel. Meanwhile, Piplup is sad with his gang nowhere to be found. It bumps into a huge Drifblim, making the Pokemon roll down a hill. Togepi and Buizel climb up steps, while Honchcrow is still after them. The duo head up a elevator, only to notice a card in the wind still floating. Piplup lets go of the Drifblim, causing it to flat Honchcrow. When Togepi and Buizel rise up into the clouds. Both Pokemon grab their card, and they rush back to meet their gang. At their den, the camera shows Chimchar, Piplup, Turtwig, and Munchlax still looking sad. But, when Togepi and Buizel show up with their card. Each of the Pokemon celebrate together. However, they meet up in a unhappy state even more. After they saw it was a dirty pebble. Once again, Buizel and his friends are sad. Meowth travels to a nearby building where he sets the party. He bumps into a table as the food began to slip off the pier. While Piplup watches a wild Ambipom appear with other moon cards. That is tied to a balloon! Which he starts to notice she never got around to give them yet. Togepi and the rest cheer! But, a huge wind gust appeared onto the Pokemon. Causing the gang to be more upset than before. Togepi begins to cry! But, as Buizel spots a air balloon hanging in the sky. It causes him to make a great idea! All the Pokemon decided to make a huge Chimchar air balloon. So as Buizel and Togepi collect some wrapping paper to make the balloon. Munchlax and Piplup tie it up! Ambipom appears holding Chimchar, using Flamethrower to make fire. The camera pans to show how much work the gang had done. While Togepi, Piplup and Chimchar all hop on in. They rise up into the sky to get their cards back. Turtwig, Buizel, Munchlax and Ambipom begin to watch. Piplup and Togepi tried getting the cards. But are too far, so as they reach closer. One of the Pokemon snatch the cards, resulting Piplup and friends go to Meowth's party. Once they return to land, Piplup and gang will head to Meowth's party. As the celebration began to start at dusk. Meowth begins the event! Some Pokemon enjoy the food together! With the Togepi Posse going in, Meowth then appears in front of the gang. But as Piplup and his gang show Meowth their cards. Meowth clears the way, letting them inside. Chimchar and friends dig in together on the food. While Meowth looks into a door seeing all the Pokemon having fun eating. He checks everything one more time before the show. Buizel eats some berries while Togepi feeds on a berry. Buizel sees a clock knowing nothing else will happen. Buizel and Togepi now get excited cause they were invited after some kind of trances. Everyone hears Meowth say his special news on a speaker telling all the Pokemon about his concert. Doors open up then allow each Pokemon to head for the stadium. Meowth sees all Pokemon ready for his event. Togepi sits on a stick, tied onto a rope looking down on the other creatures. It's other friends are on the flower of a Skiploom. All Pokemon talk while Skiploom leaves floating with the other Pokemon on it's flower. Meowth comes rising up center stage making him smile. The audience Pokemon begin to cheer and shout. Meowth sings while everyone dances around to his song. Meowth having fun when he joins the crowd. Meowth goes near Buizel as it shoots out Water Gun. Togepi bounces on Buizel as Turtwig launches Razor Leaf all over Meowth. Chimchar makes Meowth get thrown out the building, and responded on the stage. Getting Piplup makes it blast Hydro Pump around the stage. Meowth goes back on the stage, playing with a door as he gets Empoleon and sent floating. He touches Turtwig again, blasting Razor Leaf around the stage. Meowth then ends the show by going up a portal and walking back to center stage. The crowd Pokemon all start cheering for Meowth as the party comes to a end. Back to anime form, after the party's finished. Meowth, is back up on the same building. Starting up the firework displays, he presses on a box but they do not work. Meowth gets angry, scratching the fireworks and launching off. While walking, Togepi and friends see glowing fireworks! Making them watch in smile gleaming.
